We teach traditional yoga in a way that builds physical strength and mental focus for growing children, using props to keep every pose safe and accessible.

I demonstrate five excellent yoga poses for children to help improve posture and support natural height growth. Asanas like Tadasana and Trikonasana stretch the spine and strengthen the body.

"The fruit of karma finds a person, just as a calf finds its mother among hundreds of cows." This playful acro-yoga pose with a child demonstrates balance and trust.

About this collection

Most kids start with foundational poses like Tadasana to improve posture, but we quickly introduce props to help them explore their range. We use wall ropes and yoga wheels not just for fun, but to provide safe support while they build confidence in inversions. We keep our groups small, ensuring every child receives the hands-on guidance necessary to practice without injury.

Yoga for kids is less about perfect form and more about building a healthy relationship with the body. At Vyas Yoga Center, we focus on alignment from an early age to prevent the posture issues that often come from modern schooling and excessive screen time.

Our sessions involve interactive asanas, often using partner work to teach communication and trust. By using wooden bricks, chairs, and our studio's wall ropes, children learn challenging stretches safely. Inversions become a game, not a chore, which helps them overcome fear and builds balance.

Beyond the physical, we introduce simple Pranayama to help them manage school stress and improve concentration. It is about laying a foundation for a healthy life. Whether you join our classes at the Rohini, Delhi studio or in Rishikesh, the practice remains consistent and disciplined. We encourage children to see yoga not as a task, but as a part of their daily rhythm.

I am Yogacharya Diwakar Vyas. I believe that if you start a child on the path of yoga early, they carry that discipline for a lifetime. My team and I guide each child with the same traditional methods we use for adults, just tailored to their growing bodies.
