About Outdoor Yoga & Special Events

When we take our practice from the studio to the outdoors, the ground itself becomes a teacher. Practicing poses like Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) on grass or uneven terrain forces your core and stabilizer muscles to work harder than they ever would on a flat wooden floor. It is not just about the scenic view—it is about waking up the smaller muscles in your feet and ankles that often stay dormant during indoor sessions.
