Traditional Group Yoga Classes in Rohini
Real yoga happens when people move together. Join our group sessions in Rohini to build strength, fix your alignment, and find your calm with our structured, prop-supported method.
A snapshot from our group yoga class, with students practicing a seated leg stretch. The energy of practicing together is powerful, and we ensure everyone gets the guidance they need.
Students raise their arms in a seated posture, moving in unison. Our classes blend different styles like Hatha and Vinyasa to create a balanced and energizing practice for everyone.
Students engage in Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend). We use props like blocks to help everyone access the pose, regardless of their flexibility level.
Students practice Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) in our studio. This foundational pose is a part of almost every class, helping to build strength and lengthen the entire body.
A class of students holds Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II). This powerful standing pose builds strength in the legs and focus in the mind. The collective determination is palpable.
A glimpse into the flow of our Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) practice. We guide the class through the sequence, first at a fast pace to build heat, and then with holds to deepen the postures.
A full studio of students practicing Downward-Facing Dog. The sight of everyone moving together creates a beautiful sense of unity and shared purpose.
About this collection
You won't just follow a video here. We use wall ropes, wooden bricks, and chairs in our Rohini studio to help you get the alignment right, whether you are stiff from office work or looking to deepen your practice. It is about doing the asana safely, not just copying the shape.
How We Practice
Our group classes are not about rushing through poses. We follow a traditional approach where discipline meets transformation. Every session starts with an intention and follows a sequence designed to build heat, improve flexibility, and eventually quiet the mind.
The Role of Props
We believe yoga is for every body. If you cannot reach your toes or struggle with shoulder stiffness, we use props. You will see us using wall-mounted ropes for spinal traction, wooden bricks to elevate your reach, and chairs for support in deeper stretches. This ensures that you are working on your alignment and strength, not compensating with poor posture.
Batch Structure & Community
We maintain small batch sizes of 12-18 students at our Rohini studio. This is intentional. It allows me to provide hands-on manual corrections and ensure you aren't just a face in the crowd. Whether you are here for weight loss, pain management for sciatica, or simply to improve your focus, you get personal guidance within a supportive community.
What to Expect
- Routine: 6 days a week, 60-minute sessions.
- Mix: We combine Hatha, Ashtanga basics, and therapeutic drills.
- Focus: Pranayama and meditation are mandatory, not optional, at the end of every class to help you carry the peace home.
If you are ready to stop 'doing' yoga and start 'practicing' it, join us on the mat.
