When you track your own progress through regular Surya Namaskar and Pranayama, you will see the change for yourself, just like many of our students who came to us with back pain or low energy and left with a completely different mindset.
Why Traditional Yoga Works
Many students come to our Rohini studio after trying bigger fitness brands and finding something missing. Whether you are dealing with sciatica, cervical issues, or stubborn waist fat, the solution is not more intensity, but better alignment.
We use props like wall-mounted ropes, wooden bricks, and chairs to help your body open up safely. This is not about forcing yourself into a pose; it is about using these tools to find your correct alignment.
The 30-Day Shift
We focus on three pillars in our classes:
- Pranayama: As I always say, 'Jo shwaas par niyantran pa lega, wo jeevan par niyantran pa lega' (He who controls his breath, controls his life). Breath control is the foundation of energy.
- Alignment-based Asanas: Using Iyengar-style props to target stiff areas without injury.
- Consistency: We run 6 days a week because discipline is the only path to real results.

We keep our groups small (12-18 students) so that I can provide hands-on adjustments.
