About Teacher Training Courses (YTTC)

You do not just learn to demonstrate poses here. We focus heavily on manual corrections and teaching methodology—you will learn how to use wall ropes, wooden bricks, and metal chairs to modify poses for different body types. Whether you are in our Rishikesh ashram or our Rohini studio, my training ensures you understand the anatomy behind every movement so you can guide your own students safely.
