This partner-assisted Camel Pose is an intense heart opener. With the right support, students can explore a depth in their backbend they might not have thought possible.

We use partner assists to help students safely work towards their middle split goals. This hands-on guidance ensures proper alignment and encourages a deeper release.

An instructor provides a deep adjustment in Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) using a strap. This technique helps to intensify the shoulder and quadriceps stretch for a fuller backbend.

Whether you are using a chair for Camel Pose or straps to open your hips for a middle split, every movement is designed to protect your joints while building the actual flexibility you need.
