I built this space for people who want real growth, not just exercise. This is a raw, supportive studio in Rohini where we focus on alignment, breath, and showing up for ourselves.

This is the story of how Yoga Dhara was born. It started with a dream and a mat in a park. This image shows me assisting a student in a one-legged downward dog, a testament to how far we've come.

My teaching style is hands-on and personal. In this photo, I'm guiding students through a core-strengthening exercise, ensuring they maintain proper form to protect their lower back and engage the right muscles.

Flexibility is earned, not given. Here, I am demonstrating Hanumanasana (the splits) to my class, showing that with consistent practice, even the most challenging poses become accessible.

We use props like chairs not as a crutch, but as a tool to deepen our practice. Here, I'm helping a student achieve a safer and more effective forward bend, targeting the hamstrings without straining the back.

Inversions are a key part of our practice at Yoga Dhara. Using the wall ropes, I guide a student into a supported headstand, which helps improve circulation, build upper body strength, and calm the nervous system.

Chair yoga isn't just for beginners. We use chairs to explore advanced inversions and pelvic opening poses, like this supported Halasana (Plow Pose), making them accessible to students at different levels.

The energy on our first Yoga Day at the studio was incredible. Even with just a few students, the room was full of intention as we practiced poses like Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose).

A moment of unity and focus during our Yoga Day celebration. Here, we are practicing Garudasana (Eagle Pose) arms, a stretch that releases tension in the shoulders and upper back.

Celebrating the dedication of the wonderful souls who showed up for our first Yoga Day. It was a proud moment to hand out certificates of participation after completing 51 Surya Namaskars together.

More happy faces from our Yoga Day event. The joy and sense of accomplishment in this picture capture the spirit of Yoga Dhara perfectly.

About My Studio: Yoga Dhara

I cap my studio batches at 12 students. This isn't just about capacity. It is because I need to physically adjust your alignment and watch your breath. If you are looking for a crowded gym where you can hide in the back, this is not the right place for you.
