Real, raw, and focused. Step inside my studio sessions in Rohini, where we use alignment, props, and breathwork to strip away the distractions and get straight to the work.

A student practices Halasana (Plow Pose) in my gym class. I'm providing a gentle adjustment to help her deepen the pose and release tension in her neck and shoulders.

Using a chair to build core and arm strength in Mayurasana (Peacock Pose). This prop makes advanced arm balances more accessible for students building their strength.

A student gracefully holds a variation of Shalabhasana (Locust Pose) on a back-bending bench, a prop that helps to open the chest and strengthen the entire back body.

A student in Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) during a gym session. I encourage students to listen to their bodies while exploring their flexibility and strength.

Capturing a moment of peace and connection with my students after a rewarding session.

The final relaxation in Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle Pose) is essential. It allows the body to integrate the benefits of the practice and calms the nervous system.

Assisting a student with a supported inversion using a chair. This is a safe way to experience the benefits of being upside down, such as improved circulation and reduced stress.

Another angle of a student working on a challenging arm balance with chair support. My role as a teacher is to provide the tools and guidance for you to grow.

As Sadhguru says, health is a consequence of alignment. Here, I'm guiding a young student, helping him find that alignment of body, mind, and energy.

A class in Savasana (Corpse Pose). This is where the real integration happens. As Premanand Maharaj advises, we must become strong enough that no negativity can enter our hearts.

About In-Class at the Studio & Gym

The vibe in our Rohini studio isn't about perfectly posed pictures for social media. We use props like wall-mounted Iyengar ropes (Kurunta) to decompress the spine and chairs to safely find depth in arm balances, even if you’re just starting. It’s hands-on, specific, and designed to help you feel the pose rather than just perform it.
