We don't do complex acrobatics in the boardroom. My corporate sessions focus on 'desk yoga'—simple, accessible movements designed to release the neck, shoulder, and back tension that accumulates after hours of sitting. It is about creating a quick, collective reset that clears the mind, reduces anxiety, and brings a bit of calm back to the workday.
