About Yoga for Pain Management
Why I Do This
I started teaching yoga for chronic pain relief because I saw my own mom struggle with cervical pain for years. Every technique I share has been used in my own home, tested and tweaked till it actually worked. No textbook stuff - just real solutions that helped us.
What We Tackle Together
Chronic pain usually comes from poor posture and alignment. I help you spot these hidden habits and fix them for good. We work on:
- Neck pain, shoulder stiffness, and those annoying headaches
