About Our Studio & Community

When you walk into our studio, the first thing you will notice is the quiet, a deliberate break from the bustle of Delhi. We have equipped the space with traditional Iyengar props like wooden bricks, metal chairs, and rope walls, not because they look good, but because they allow you to practice safely regardless of your current flexibility or injury history. Whether you are coming in for a medical yoga batch or a general session, the focus remains on personal alignment rather than keeping up with the rest of the class.
