Yogic Wisdom and Philosophy for the Modern Mind

Yoga is more than just asanas. It is a philosophy for navigating chaos. Here is how I use ancient insights and breathwork to stay grounded.

The ancient yogis knew that your life is measured in breaths, not years. Breathing slowly like a tortoise preserves your Prana (life force), reduces stress, and is a secret to longevity.

If your life feels off track, here is some no-BS advice. Wake up early, cut your dopamine loops, and keep the promises you make to yourself. Small shifts create massive returns.

True happiness is found when we stop comparing our joy to others. Here I am practicing a sequence of Warrior, Triangle, and an arm balance, finding my own sukha (happiness) in the moment.

How old is yoga? Its roots go back over 5,000 years, but its essence is timeless. Yoga is not just history; it lives in the space between your inhale and your exhale.

As Diljit Dosanjh says, yoga aligns everything. It brings peace to the mind, purity to the heart, and health to the body, doubling the speed and efficiency of everything you do in life.

I believe in a "Warrior Mentality," inspired by Osho. The real battle is within, and the greatest victory is stillness. My studio is for the modern warrior who can sit with their thoughts and not pick up a sword.

Feeling high stress? The key is to stay busy with work you love and spend your free time in joyful activities. This video shares advice on how to channel your energy productively to relieve stress.

After teaching for years, I've learned that the ability to quiet someone's mind, even for just two minutes, is a superpower. People don't just come for asanas; they come to escape the noise in their heads.

As Premanand Ji Maharaj advises, exercise is as essential as food. Even 20 minutes of yoga in the early morning can work like a blessing for your health, longevity, and happiness.

Did you know Surya Namaskar was given to us by Hanuman Ji? It's not just a physical practice; it's a sacred offering to the sun with the power to cleanse our karma.

About Yogic Wisdom & Philosophy

I don't just share quotes; I share the habits that actually keep me sane. Whether it is 'tortoise breathing' to lower your heart rate or adopting a 'Warrior Mentality' to handle everyday stress, these aren't abstract concepts. They are the tools I use every single day at my studio in Rohini to stay grounded when life gets loud.

Real yoga isn't about being flexible; it is about how you handle the tension in your head. When I talk about a 'Warrior Mentality,' I am not asking you to fight external battles. I am asking you to sit with your own thoughts—the 500 worries running through your mind—and choose not to react.

The Philosophy of Practice

Drawing from Osho and the ancient texts like the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, I teach that your life is measured in breaths, not years. If you are constantly in 'survival mode' (fast, shallow breathing), you are burning through your Prana too quickly. I show my students how to shift their nervous system using specific pranayama and breathwork techniques, effectively resetting the body from a state of anxiety to one of calm.

Why it Matters

Most people come to my classes in Rohini-14 for weight loss or flexibility, but they stay because they finally find a moment of silence. Whether we are discussing the importance of a Sattvic diet to keep the mind clear or why waking up in the Brahma Muhurta (the hour before sunrise) changes your hormones, it all boils down to one thing: consistency. Spirituality is not a Sunday activity; it is a habit. If you are tired of the noise and looking for a way to actually quiet your mind, come in, roll out a mat, and let's work on it together.
