Join our intimate morning and evening batches at our Munirka studio. With capped group sizes, I ensure every student gets the personal attention needed to grow your practice, regardless of your experience level.

About Our Delhi Studio: Group Classes

Unlike large commercial gyms, we keep our sessions capped at 10 students. This means you aren't just a face in the crowd—I can actively watch your alignment and offer hands-on adjustments during the flow, whether we are working on a simple Hatha stretch or a more challenging Vinyasa sequence.
