About Our Delhi Studio: Group Classes

Unlike large commercial gyms, we keep our sessions capped at 10 students. This means you aren't just a face in the crowd—I can actively watch your alignment and offer hands-on adjustments during the flow, whether we are working on a simple Hatha stretch or a more challenging Vinyasa sequence.

When you walk into our studio at DDA Flats, Munirka, the goal is simple: leave the outside noise behind. Our space is air-conditioned, featuring wall-to-wall mirrors and enough floor space for everyone to breathe comfortably. We provide all the basics—shared PVC mats, foam blocks, and stretching straps—so you don't need to carry heavy gear.

Our group yoga classes are designed to fit your rhythm. We run batches in the mornings (7-10 AM) and evenings (6-9 PM), Monday through Friday. Each 60-minute session balances Hatha and Vinyasa, focusing on both the intensity of the movement and the stillness of the rest. You might find us deep in a spinal twist one day and holding a steady plank variation the next.

If you are worried about not being flexible, let that go. Most people come to Yujir Yoga because they want to start, not because they are already pros. We guide you through breathing, posture, and alignment, helping you build a foundation that lasts.
