A raw, unfiltered look at our alignment-focused approach to yoga. Real movement, specific corrections, and deep healing, right here in Delhi.

This is what my teaching is all about: hands-on, precise, and focused on you. In my classes, I pay close attention to correct alignment to ensure you practice safely and get the most out of every asana, especially when we are working on relieving chronic issues like cervical or back pain.

This is why I do what I do. This is my own mother's hand, before and after two months of following a Yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle I designed for her. She suffered from Psoriasis for years with no relief from modern medicine, but with consistent, natural practice, we healed it completely. This is the power of real yoga.

Many of us perform basic asanas incorrectly for years. Here, I break down the Upward Facing Dog, showing the common mistakes and how to correct your form for a safer, deeper backbend that truly opens the chest and strengthens the spine.

Yoga for weight loss is not about punishment; it's about intelligent movement. A powerful backbend like Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose, can burn more calories than minutes of push-ups, all while building spinal flexibility, strength, and opening the heart chakra.

The energy in my studio, Yoga Dhara, is something special. It’s a space of shared effort, laughter, and fearless practice. Here, we support each other in exploring our limits, like in this group variation of a three-legged downward dog.

I want to be honest with you. Yoga isn't a magic pill to fix your life. It's a mirror that shows you where you are broken, where your illusions lie. The path is tough, but facing that truth is the first step toward real transformation.

It was an honor to guide this group of seekers from the USA on their Yoga Yatra in India. Here, I am assisting a student with a supported headstand variation, ensuring she feels safe and stable while inverted. Yoga has no language barrier; it’s a universal connection.

My practice is a blend of strength, flexibility, and balance. This video shows a progression from foundational poses to advanced arm balances and inversions like Bakasana (Crane Pose) and Pincha Mayurasana (Scorpion Pose), reflecting the journey we take in my advanced classes.

About Featured

What you see here is not a standard gym routine. It is a disciplined approach to functional movement where every adjustment is manual and precise. Whether we are using wall-ropes to create traction for cervical pain or breaking down the mechanics of a backbend to build actual spinal health, my focus is on function over form. You will not find pre-recorded, generic flows here. You will find specific, guided work designed to identify where your body is restricted and how to safely unlock that potential.
