Real change comes from consistency and the right tools. Here, I showcase the core techniques we use at Shakti Yoga Studio to build strength, reduce fat, and align the body safely.

I will show you how to use specific asanas to slim and tone your thighs. This is not slow stretching; it is a dynamic practice designed to build strength and burn fat, as you can see my students doing here.

Getting rid of arm flab requires more than just yoga. I incorporate light dumbbells and chair exercises to build lean muscle and give you toned, strong arms. Just ten minutes a day is all it takes to see the difference.

If you have stubborn lower belly fat and a weak core, these two exercises are for you. I guide my students through specific movements that strengthen the core and reduce abdominal fat. Do three sets of twenty, and you will feel your shakti awaken.

Yoga is about finding your balance, even when the world is rushing around you. Here, I practice Bakasana, the Crane Pose, amidst the flow of a waterfall. This is the stillness and strength I want to help you find within yourself.

Using wall ropes allows us to safely explore advanced postures like inversions. This tool helps decompress the spine, build upper body strength, and gives you the confidence to go beyond what you thought was possible.

  • Targeted Transformation: We focus on the areas that actually bother you—arms, love handles, and core strength. By combining Power Flow Vinyasa with repetitive calisthenics, we ensure the work you put in translates to a visible change.
  • Real Philosophy: Asanas are not just physical movements; they are the path to feeling your own Shakti (divine energy). When you feel your body struggling during a set of 20 reps, that is when the real yoga begins. I am here to guide you through that struggle until you realize that main vyakti nahi hoon, main shakti hoon (I am not just a person, I am the power).
