About The Shakti Yoga Community

When you practice in a room full of people who are pushing themselves, your own limitations start to fade. In our community batches, both in the studio and out in the park, we do not just hold poses; we hold space for each other. You will find that when your mind wants to quit—jab mann atak jaaye—the person next to you is the reason you decide to hold for ten more seconds. It is this shared energy that makes the tapas (effort) bearable and the transformation inevitable.
