About Mastering Advanced Asanas

Advanced asanas are not just about showing off; they are about understanding your limits and knowing how to push them safely. In my sessions, we never rush the process. We break these complex movements into smaller, manageable steps—like refining your core engagement before attempting Bakasana or using wall ropes to find stability in deep backbends. If you are struggling with a pose, it is rarely just strength you lack; it is often the right alignment or the correct use of props.
