Personal Striking and Weapons Training in Delhi
Most gyms turn striking into a generic cardio session. Here, we break down your mechanics—whether it's boxing, Muay Thai, or Kali—so you learn to fight, not just sweat.

About Striking & Weapons Training
We don’t just hold pads so you can hit them. In a 1-on-1 striking session, our coaches are watching your footwork, your leverage, and your defense to fix mistakes before they become habits. You get immediate, actionable feedback from fighters who actually compete, which is exactly how you build skills that hold up under pressure.
Technical Striking & Weapons Training
Striking isn't about how hard you hit. It's about efficiency, distance management, and timing. Whether you are a total beginner learning to throw your first jab or an experienced athlete sharpening your Muay Thai clinch, our private sessions are designed to isolate your weaknesses and turn them into strengths.
What we cover
- Boxing & Kickboxing: We focus on the 'why' behind the punch. You will work on head movement, weight distribution, and explosive combinations that actually work.
- Muay Thai: Learn to use your limbs as weapons with proper Thai mechanics. We focus on leg kicks, knees, and clinch work that holds up in real sparring.
- Kali (Weapons): We introduce weapons-based systems to improve your coordination and situational awareness. It is a practical tool for self-protection that changes how you perceive distance and reaction time.
Why 1-on-1 coaching?
Group classes are great for community, but private coaching is for deep work. You get the coach's undivided attention, allowing for micro-corrections that you just cannot get in a class of twenty. We strip away the fluff and focus on the technical details—footwork, defense, and power generation. Our coaches have been in the cage, so they know exactly what fails when the pressure is on. We aim to fix those gaps before you ever need to use these skills for real.
