You do not need a background in sports to start. We strip away the gym jargon and focus on leverage, awareness, and mechanics that work regardless of your size. This is about learning to hold your ground and understanding how to get out of bad positions, in a room where the only goal is mutual progress.
We keep the training grounded. If you are coming to our Vasant Kunj studio, we are not going to feed you empty confidence. We teach you how to escape a grab, how to use your weight effectively, and how to stay calm when things get tense. Martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are effective here because they rely on technique over brute strength. You learn to control distance and protect your personal space, which is the most important skill in any real-world situation.
We hold these sessions for women who want to learn without the ego you might find in other gyms. You will find a mix of students, working professionals, and curious learners. It is not a drill-sergeant environment. It is a place to ask questions, practice, and realize that you are more capable than you think.
