Learning to protect yourself isn't about being an athlete. It is about knowing how to handle yourself when it matters. Our sessions in Vasant Kunj focus on real-world scenarios and practical mechanics, not just gym fitness.

This is about learning to hold your ground and understanding how to get out of bad positions, in a room where the only goal is mutual progress.
