36-Session Flexible Training Pass
Core Logistics
- Credits: 36 individual training credits valid for morning or evening batches.
- Duration: 90 minutes per session.
- Flexibility: No-lapse policy ensures credits remain valid if you travel or fall sick.
Training Modules
- Warm-up: 20 mins of high-intensity cardio kickboxing and conditioning.
- Striking: Instruction on punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.
- Defense: Blocking strikes, escaping chokes, and wrist grab releases.
- Ground: Basic survival techniques if knocked down.
Facility & Certification
- Equipment: Access to communal strike shields, focus mitts, and heavy bags.
- Grading: Eligibility to test for Warrior Level 1 (P1) after package completion.
- Note: Personal protective gear (gloves/shin guards) is not included.
Single Topic Masterclass
Session Details
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes single session.
- Topic Focus: Deep dive into one specific threat scenario per event.
- Examples: Defense against hair grabs, weapon disarming (knife/pistol), or improvised street weapons.
Logistics
- Experience: Open to absolute beginners with no prior training.
- Gear: All safety training tools (rubber knives, plastic guns) are provided for the session.
- Goal: Provides a mental blueprint for reaction rather than muscle mastery.
10-Day Civilian Warrior Bootcamp
Bootcamp Schedule
- Duration: 10 consecutive days.
- Intensity: 6 hours of training per day (Morning & Evening split or full day block).
- Total Volume: Approximately 60 hours of instruction.
Syllabus Scope
- Levels: Rapid coverage of Levels P1 through P3.
- Advanced Drills: Defense against knives/sticks and positioning against multiple attackers.
- Scenarios: Specific modules for carjackings, elevator threats, and road rage.
Course Inclusions
- Certification: Level Completion certificate.

What I Teach
This isn't about martial arts tournaments or fancy moves. I train you in street survival techniques you can actually use - to get home safe, no drama. No rules, just reality. Jab hum baat karte hain street ki (when we talk about the street), it's unpredictable, fast, and brutal. That's why I keep it practical - simple moves that work when things get ugly.
How We Train
Every session is tailored for you, but the basics stay the same:
- We dive into real-world self-defense skills, focusing on situations you could really face - robbery, harassment, getting pinned or choked.
- Weapon defense training means you’ll learn how to deal with knives, guns, sticks. Not to be a hero - just to get safe, control the weapon if possible, and escape.
- Striking is all about using your own body, plus everyday stuff like keys or bags. No need for fancy gear.
- Survival mindset training, because staying calm and making split-second decisions is everything.
What to Expect
Sessions are intense and to the point. Warm-up with kickboxing, burn a ton of calories, then we hit technique drills - step-by-step till it feels natural. Stress scenario drills make sure you can use your skills under pressure. We wrap up with combat stretches so you recover right.

Anyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, busy professional, male or female, fit or not. Techniques rely on instinct and leverage, not brute strength. All you need is the will to learn how to protect yourself.

My Story
Started Contact Combat India in 2014, just wanting to teach survival, not show-off moves. Dekho, real fights are messy, not filmi. Trained with cops, army, even Bollywood folks, but when it’s serious, simple moves matter. Krav Maga, Jujitsu, tactical shooting – I teach all. Maine Delhi Police ke saath 50,000+ mahilaon ko train kiya hai (trained 50,000+ women with Delhi Police). Yeh kaam nahi, mission hai – build confidence, be street-ready, not just gym-fit.
