Standard Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 3 days per week (Total ~12 sessions per month).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Coaching: Dedicated Head Coach or Senior Trainer for personal pad-work and form correction.
Training Regime
- Technical Boxing: 3-4 rounds of 1-on-1 mitt work, shadow boxing with real-time feedback, and heavy bag power drills.
- Conditioning: Functional strength training using tires (flips/sledgehammer), battle ropes, and bodyweight circuits.
- Warm-up: Supervised jump rope drills and dynamic stretching on stadium tracks.
Facility Access
- Equipment: Full access to the regulation-sized boxing ring, dumbbells, and agility ladders.
- Extras: Basic nutritional guidance focused on clean eating.
Intensive Athlete Training (24 Sessions)
Schedule & Intensity
- Frequency: 6 days per week (Mon-Sat, approx. 24 sessions per month).
- Duration: Extended 75-90 minute sessions to include endurance work.
- Focus: Advanced competition prep, rapid conditioning, and defensive mastery.
Advanced Combat Skills
- Ring Craft: Technical light-contact sparring inside the ring with headgear.
- Defensive Maneuvers: Drills focusing on slipping, rolling, pivoting, and cutting off the ring.
- Volume Training: 5+ rounds of high-intensity daily mitt work for reaction speed.
Elite Conditioning
- Endurance: Stadium stair running, weighted vest movements, and explosive plyometrics (box jumps).
- Core Work: Dedicated 15-minute abdominal conditioning at the end of every workout.
- Analysis: Video recording of sparring sessions for visual technique breakdown.
