- WhatsApp access for coordination and compliance checks.
Specialist Skill Mastery (Calisthenics / Aerial Yoga)
Expert Instruction
- 12 sessions (60 to 75 mins) focused on skill acquisition over general fitness.
- Choice between Calisthenics (Muscle ups, Front Levers, Handstands) OR Aerial Yoga (Silks, Inversions).
- Advanced spotting techniques for high risk movements.
Conditioning & Safety
- Joint mobility protocols to protect wrists, shoulders, and hips.
- Accessory strength training prescribed to build requisite strength for target skills.
Technical Analysis
- Video recording of movement patterns to analyze form frame by frame.
- Progression tracking from beginner to intermediate based on skill milestones.

My Story
I'm Saurabh, and Black Vigor Elite is basically a piece of me and my cousin Anshul. Hum dono gym freaks, but Noida mein kahin wo feel nahi aayi (we never got that feeling in Noida gyms). Soch liya, apna khud ka bana lete hain. Black for style, Vigor for energy. Lockdown ne toh band hone ki naubat la di, but we didn't quit. Sabse badi baat - members jo shuru se hain, abhi bhi hai. That’s real success for us.
