About The Art of Jiu-Jitsu
If you walk into a fight gym and aren't at least a little intimidated, you might be in the wrong place. We keep it real here because this isn't a cardio-only fitness class. You will learn to control opponents using leverage and correct positioning, testing your techniques against actual resistance instead of shadow-boxing against the air.
We cover both Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, breaking down fundamentals so you understand the why behind every movement. This is not about learning flashy moves you saw on the internet; it is about drilling basics until they are sharp enough to use in a live roll.
Our facility in Vasant Kunj is built for purpose. We have high-density impact mats and a space where active fighters train alongside beginners. You will find that our community is mixed—you might be rolling with a competition-ready athlete in one round and a total beginner in the next. That is how progress happens. Everyone learns, everyone gets tired, and everyone pushes the pace.
For those who prefer a quieter environment or have specific goals, we offer 1-on-1 personal training. This is useful if you are shy about joining a group or if you need to focus on specific mechanics like escaping bad positions or refining your takedowns. We also have dedicated women's sessions to ensure a comfortable, supportive environment. Come by, put on the gear, and see if you have the discipline to stick with it.
