Never thrown a punch? No stress. My classes are beginner-friendly and judgment-free. Had a bad gym experience before? Here, you get personal attention and support. Age doesn’t matter - one of my clients started at 61 with knee pain, aaj (today) she’s lifting heavy.
More Than Just Training
Hum yahaan sirf workout nahi karte (We don’t just workout here). I’ll help you with sleep, stress, and nutrition too. Your job is to show up - baaki main dekh lunga (I’ll handle the rest).

My Story
Started Raw CrossFit 6 saal pehle (6 years ago), feeling super grateful for the gym family we’ve built. People walk in, strangers, but leave cheering for each other, sharing Holi colours, and stories. I’ve walked the tough fitness road myself - from 92kg to 83kg, sticking to daily steps and simple routines. Sach bataun (truth be told), seeing folks like Aarti mam, 61, go from barely walking to deadlifting 70kg, that’s my real high. We’re here for strong bodies, but even stronger lives.
