What You’ll Find Here
- Yoga for stress relief in many styles, from chill Hatha to intense Power Yoga. Sometimes, we do Acro or Partner Yoga - trust me, it’s a whole mood.
- Mat Pilates for those who want core strength and a toned look without getting bored. We use rings, blocks, and sometimes just plain fun.
- Strength training routines and functional workouts with dumbbells, kettlebells, gym balls, and steppers. Not just for gym bros - I focus on moves that make daily life easier.
- Women’s only fitness classes and special batches, so you can work out comfortably and confidently.

My Story
We’re Mallard Studio, Delhi ka apna dance adda (Delhi’s own dance spot). This studio is our soul, not just a place to move but where friendships grow and stress melts. Seen working women, moms, bachche (kids) laughing, finding their groove, even after a long day. As one student said, yahaan aake sab tension gayab (all worries vanish here). For us, it’s therapy, not just hobby. Our vibe? Real, chatty, fun. You’ll feel like the main character, promise.
