About Self-Defense Workshops
In my workshops, we don't start with heavy lifting or complex martial arts. We focus on simple, repeatable tricks you can use on the spot when you're caught off guard, because when a real situation hits, your brain needs muscle memory, not complicated moves.
Too many women wait for someone else to step in when they feel unsafe. My goal is to change that. These workshops are about realizing that you don't need to be a professional athlete to protect yourself. We strip away the fear and focus on technical triggers—how to break a grip, how to use your elbow, and how to create space instantly.
We train in our Sector 15 studio using a 'trick-first' approach. I teach you the movements that work in the real world, not just in a gym. You will practice these with me until your body reacts before your mind even has to think about it. Along with the physical techniques, we work on the mindset that makes you stand tall and stay calm. It is about being your own hero, not waiting for bystanders to notice you. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your instincts, these sessions are designed to make you physically capable and mentally tough.
