This is what our powerful Zumba classes feel like. It's pure energy and fun. I just tell everyone, "आजा आजा... let's go!" and we all get lost in the music together.
Nothing beats the feeling of flipping a heavy tire with your friends cheering you on. You can hear the energy in the studio as I shout, "Come on, bahut acche!" This is what building strength together looks like.
In our women-only gym, we focus on building real strength with exercises like these dumbbell squats. I am always there counting every rep, pushing you to hold for that extra second because that's where the change happens.
Stick mobility is amazing for posture and flexibility. I guide everyone through each movement, like reminding you to keep your "Knee straight बिलकुल" and "hip squeeze," so you get the full benefit for your hamstrings, glutes, and back.
It’s not always about the workout. Sometimes, it's about the fun, the laughter, and a friendly arm-wrestling match. This is the sisterhood we've built, where we challenge and support each other.
Our group workouts are full of energy. Here, we're using steppers for a cardio blast, and I'm right there with the group, shouting "Very good, शाबाश!" to keep the motivation high.
Even in a group, I make sure your form is right. Here, I'm guiding a member through a kettlebell deadlift, reminding her to keep her "Back straight." That personal attention is what helps you get stronger safely.

What you see here is exactly how our batches run: loud music, constant motivation, and me right there correcting your posture. Whether it’s a kettlebell deadlift or a high-impact HIIT routine, you won’t be lost in the crowd. I keep the batches small enough that if your back isn't straight or your knee is soft during a rep, I’ll be there to fix it before you even realize it’s wrong.
I started Sweat & Shine in Gurugram because I wanted a place where women could sweat, struggle, and laugh without feeling judged. This isn't a silent, intimidating gym. You'll find 25+ different workout routines, including aerial yoga, Zumba, and strength training, designed to help you build real muscle and stamina.

We run morning batches from 6-9 AM and evening sessions from 5-8 PM. If you are worried about form or feel like you are not fit enough to start, don't worry. Khud se pyaar bhi zaroori hai—just show up, and I will handle the rest.
