Yoga, Mobility & Core Classes in Sector 15
This isn't about just touching your toes. It is about building a foundation that supports you in every other workout, helping you fix your posture and strengthen your core safely.
I explain the benefits of each move, like how this stick mobility exercise gives a great stretch to the shoulder joint and back. "नी स्ट्रेट रखने हैं आपने," I remind them.

About Yoga, Mobility & Core
When I teach these sessions, I am constantly watching your alignment, whether we are using a stick for mobility or a stability ball for core work. You will often hear me say, "नी स्ट्रेट रखने हैं" (keep your knees straight) because getting the form right is the only way to actually see those results without getting hurt.
At our studio in Sector 15, we treat core strength and mobility as the pillars of long-term fitness. This cluster is designed for women who want to move better, not just faster.
We don't rely on generic movements. Instead, we use specific tools like sticks for mobility and stability balls to target the deep abdominal muscles. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing back pain from sitting at a desk, or just want to feel more balanced, these classes meet you where you are.
Everything we do is supervised. I will be right there to correct your posture, telling you to "toe face" correctly or reminding you not to strain your neck during a crunch. We mix Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Pilates techniques, meaning you get a fresh routine that keeps your body guessing and growing. Being a women-only space, you can focus entirely on your breath and movement without the self-consciousness that comes with a crowded, mixed-gender gym.
If you are looking for a place that values quality over quantity and believes in building strength from the inside out, this is it.
