Strength & Conditioning for Women
Build real strength and confidence in a judgment-free space where we focus on form, technique, and lifting each other up.
Believing in yourself is the first step. Here, a member is mastering barbell bicep curls, a great exercise for building upper body strength and toning the arms.
You are never too old to get stronger. This medicine ball workout is fantastic for building explosive power and engaging your core, glutes, and legs.
We believe in excellence in our work. This tire flip is a full-body functional fitness exercise that builds raw strength and endurance.
Sometimes you just have to pretend you believe in yourself until you actually do. A medicine ball wall throw is a perfect way to build that confidence, working your core and upper body power.
Loving yourself is also important. This member is performing a goblet squat with a 17.5 kg dumbbell, an effective compound exercise for strengthening the entire lower body.
A little progress each day adds up to big results. Our members work together to conquer challenges like the tire flip, building teamwork and functional strength.
Our workouts are varied and challenging, from medicine ball exercises for core strength to rope climbs that test your upper body and grip.
Here you can see a member using battle ropes, a high-intensity workout for cardio and strength, while another works on pull-ups with assistance. I make sure everyone gets the right challenge.
I guide my clients through every move, like this battle rope session. My instructions, "Press shuffle, press shuffle," help maintain rhythm and intensity for a killer workout.
Teamwork makes the dream work, especially when it comes to tire flips. I'm always there to instruct and motivate, ensuring everyone works together safely and effectively.
About Strength & Conditioning
You'll learn to handle the heavy stuff here—kettlebells, battle ropes, and tires—without worrying about being judged or doing it wrong. I make sure your form is solid before you push for that extra rep, so you get stronger the right way, not the fast way.
Strength isn't just about the number on the dumbbell or how much you can lift; it’s about knowing you can handle life's challenges outside these four walls. At Sweat & Shine, we don't mess around with 'fluff' workouts. We focus on functional movements that translate to real-world power. You’ll be working with barbells, battle ropes, tire flips, and kettlebells—the kind of equipment that intimidates you at a big-box gym but feels totally approachable here.
We prioritize your form above everything else. I’m right there with you, fixing your stance, ensuring your back is safe, and pushing you only when I know you’ve got it in you. If you’re brand new to lifting, we start with the basics to build that foundation. If you’re experienced, we’ll challenge you to increase your load safely.
This is a space where you can actually learn the craft of strength training. There is no ego here, just a group of women lifting each other up. If you hit failure during a set, don't worry—that’s just where the real work begins. We’ll be right there to cheer you on to the finish.
