Why Our Classes Feel Different
I don’t believe workouts should feel like punishment. For me, fitness is about celebrating life, not chasing perfection. Every group session is meant to lift your mood, not just burn calories. The best part? You never have to go it alone.
Dance Fitness & Bhangra Joy
When you hit my Zumba or Bhangra classes, it’s pure masti (fun). We dim the lights, blast Bollywood and classic 90s beats, and let everyone loosen up. No wrong steps here, boss - just move, groove, and let the music do its thing. Bhangra is my personal “happy pill”, and Zumba keeps you smiling and sweating. We even throw themed parties for Holi, Christmas, Independence Day - it’s always a celebration.
Yoga & Meditation: Chill and Heal
Not every day is about jumping around. I make space for yoga and meditation too. If you need a breather, my sessions will help you slow down, focus, and stretch things out. It’s healing from the inside out. “Tan man mein sau rang bharo, yog karo” (Fill your body and mind with a hundred colors, do yoga) - that’s my vibe.
