About High-Energy Cardio & HIIT
Look, these classes aren't easy. You will sweat, you will be breathless, and I will be there telling you 'Pura upar aana hai' (come all the way up). But you won't be doing it alone. Whether we're doing agility drills on the steppers or a full-blown cardio kickboxing circuit, I make sure your form is right so you get real results—not just soreness.
How We Train
This isn't a gym where you walk on a treadmill staring at a wall for an hour. My HIIT and cardio sessions are dynamic, fast-paced, and designed to torch calories while building genuine stamina. We use a variety of tools—steppers for plyometric jumps, battle ropes, dumbbells, and high-intensity bodyweight routines—to keep your body guessing and your heart rate up.
Why It Works for You
I believe fitness is about rebuilding self-belief, not just changing a number on the scale. In a crowded gym, it is easy to hide or do a move incorrectly. Here, even in our group batches, I keep the numbers capped so I can walk around and correct your posture. If your form is off during a burpee or a jump squat, I will fix it.
