- Formats: AeroMix (Step Aerobics), Zumba, Power Yoga, and Strength conditioning.
- Trainers: Sessions led by certified instructors with form correction.
Facility Specifications
- Studio: Wooden/vinyl finish floor with full wall mirrors.
- Climate: Split ACs and wall-mounted fans (Note: Studio gets warm during peak capacity).
- Equipment: Includes use of aerobic steppers, basic yoga mats, Swiss balls, and dumbbells (1kg-5kg).
Basic Amenities
- Storage: Open cubby-holes for shoes and bags (Non-lockable).
- Changing: Access to basic changing stalls and washrooms.
