Skill-Focused Sessions
If you’re after a challenge, I run intensive yoga workshops that break stuff down step-by-step. You’ll get hands-on support for:
- Backbending drills to open up your spine
- Upside-down moves like handstands and headstands
- Leg splits and flexibility routines
- Aerial fitness classes on silk and hoop (yup, you’ll feel like flying!)
Wellness for Mind & Soul
Not everything’s a sweat fest. My mindful movement programs are about finding calm and feeling good. I offer:
- Sound therapy sessions including Tibetan bowls and aerial sound baths in hammocks
- Yin Yoga for deep stretches and slow vibes
- Laughter Yoga – it’s weird, but it works, and you’ll leave smiling
Fun & Fresh Fitness
Bored of the usual? I bring in stuff like Animal Flow (move like a beast), Bungee Fitness (bounce around, low impact), and AIRO Yoga (hammocks plus props for all levels).
Beyond The Studio
I also roll out corporate wellness retreats, fun kids’ camps, and fitness getaways in places like Rishikesh. Every session has that ghar jaisa mahaul (home-like vibe) - it’s about progress, not perfection. Yoga se hi hoga (Yoga makes it happen).

My Story
We’re Sweat N Stretch, and honestly, this studio is like our second home. Not your typical gym vibe here, more like ‘ghar jaisa mahaul’ (just like home), you know? Trainers from all sorts—yoga, pilates, calisthenics—mixing it up under one roof. Folks come in stressed, leave lighter. Some nail splits, some just sleep better. It’s not just a job for us, it’s building a community, sharing laughs, and pushing each other to grow.
