About Fly High: Aerial Silks & Hoop

You don't need to be a gymnast to start. Many of our members walk in thinking they can't even hold their own weight, and within a few sessions, they are learning to climb the silk safely. We use manual spotting and specialized props to build that initial trust in the fabric before you ever try a complex inversion.
