What We're About
At Sweat N Stretch, I want you to feel strong and capable - not just in the gym, but in real life too. I believe in making fitness a lifestyle, not a quick fix. Most of my regulars know my mantra: bas lage raho (just stay consistent). We build habits, not just muscle.
How I Help You Get Stronger
- Functional fitness coaching is at the heart of every session. We use compound movements and mix things up so your body never gets bored.
- Proper form is non-negotiable. I keep a close eye on everyone, even in group classes, so you learn why you’re doing each move and how to do it safely.
- Expect a mix of CrossFit-inspired workouts, HIIT bursts, and traditional strength work with kettlebells, barbells, and more.
What’s in Your Workout
- Calisthenics strength training: From nailing pull-ups to trying out handstands, I’ve got coaches who’ll help you master your bodyweight.
- If you’re up for a challenge, check out our Hyrox preparation program. These sessions are tough, but the team spirit makes the grind worth it.

My Story
We’re Sweat N Stretch, and honestly, this studio is like our second home. Not your typical gym vibe here, more like ‘ghar jaisa mahaul’ (just like home), you know? Trainers from all sorts—yoga, pilates, calisthenics—mixing it up under one roof. Folks come in stressed, leave lighter. Some nail splits, some just sleep better. It’s not just a job for us, it’s building a community, sharing laughs, and pushing each other to grow.
