Why I’m Hooked on Pilates
For me, Pilates is more than a sweat session—it's about really tuning in to how my body feels and moves. Every class is a mix of strength, focus, and breath. I notice the difference each week, not just in my muscles but in my mood and posture too.
What I Offer: Mat & Reformer
- Mat Pilates: We start with the basics, using just bodyweight and simple props like magic circles, resistance bands, and sometimes even a cushion from home. These classes are about building core strength and balance, all from the ground up.
- Reformer Pilates classes: If you want to level up, the Reformer machine adds resistance with springs and pulleys. It feels different from mat work—more support, more challenge, and it really helps with control and muscle tone.

My Story
We’re Sweat N Stretch, and honestly, this studio is like our second home. Not your typical gym vibe here, more like ‘ghar jaisa mahaul’ (just like home), you know?
