About this collection
If you’re coming for our Aerial Sound Bath, please arrive 10 minutes early. Getting comfortable in our silk hammocks is a specific skill, and you’ll want those extra minutes to settle in before the Tibetan singing bowls begin. We keep the studio dimly lit for the right atmosphere, so wear loose, comfortable clothing that won’t bunch up while you are suspended.
Our approach to wellness is built on the idea that true fitness includes stillness. In the middle of a busy city like Delhi, finding a moment to pause is a necessity, not a luxury. We have curated these sessions to help you step out of the daily grind and into a state of deep recovery.
Sound Therapy & Aerial Healing
We use a blend of traditional Tibetan singing bowls, rain sticks, and rhythmic drums to create soundscapes that quiet the mind. For our Aerial Sound Bath, we take it a step further by having you float in silk hammocks. This suspension allows for spinal decompression, letting your body fully relax while the sound vibrations wash over you. It is a sensory experience designed to help you let go of physical and mental tension.
Yin Yoga & Meditation
Unlike dynamic yoga flows, our Yin Yoga sessions are about holding poses for several minutes using blocks and bolsters. This targets deep connective tissues rather than muscles. It is a slow, grounding practice that teaches patience. We also host AUM Meditation, which is a social practice involving movement and expression. It is not about sitting silently for hours; it is about releasing emotions, finding joy, and feeling connected in a safe environment.
