Fun Kids Yoga and Aerial Fitness Classes
We believe in starting the wellness journey early. At our Model Town studio, we turn fitness into play with aerial silks, rhythmic movement, and yoga designed specifically for young ones.

About Little Yogis: Fun for Kids & Youth
Our sessions focus on body awareness and confidence through play, whether they are learning to balance on an aerial silk or mastering a basic headstand. We keep groups small so your child gets the manual spotting they need to stay safe while they have fun.
Why Fitness Should Be Fun
We do not believe in drilling routines. We believe in movement that kids actually enjoy. Our 'Little Yogis' programs are designed to break the monotony of school life by introducing elements like aerial hammocks, hula hoops, and rhythmic gymnastics. By mixing these creative tools with traditional yoga, we help children improve their posture, flexibility, and focus without making them feel like they are in a gym.
The 'Ghar Jaisa Mahaul' Approach
Parents often tell us they worry about their kids being pushed too hard or feeling competitive. That is not how we operate. We have built a 'ghar jaisa mahaul' (home-like atmosphere) where the only goal is for your child to leave feeling lighter and more confident than when they walked in. Whether your child is naturally athletic or hesitant about movement, our trainers meet them exactly where they are.
Safety First
Aerial yoga for kids can look daunting, but it is one of the most effective ways to build core strength and body coordination. Our instructors provide constant, manual hands-on spotting. No child is ever left unsupervised on the silks or hoops. We use high-quality, climate-controlled studio space with shock-absorbent flooring, ensuring every jump, swing, and stretch is supported and safe.
