About Advanced Practice & Power Yoga
We focus on real progression here—whether you are working towards your first Bakhasana or holding a steady Sirsasana, my team and I provide precise, hands-on cues to ensure you build strength safely. You won't just sweat; you will learn the mechanics of your body while using props like stability balls and yoga wheels to deepen your practice.
Take Your Practice to the Next Level
For those who have moved past the basics, our advanced sessions are designed to push your boundaries. 'Yoga se hi hoga'—and that applies to strength, stamina, and flexibility. Led by me or Sanjeev sir, these classes are not just about holding poses; they are about mastering the flow.
What We Focus On
- Inversion Training: We break down complex asanas like Sirsasana (Headstand) and Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) with step-by-step guidance. No guessing games—just clear, safe instructions.
- Prop-Based Deepening: We incorporate yoga wheels for spine mobility, Swiss balls for core activation, and blocks for alignment. These tools help you access poses that might otherwise feel out of reach.
- Power Flows: Expect high-intensity Vinyasa sequences that challenge your endurance. It is about 'balance banao' (create balance) between active strength work and controlled breathing.
- Strength & Mobility: Whether it is standing balancing poses or deep backbends, we ensure your joints and muscles are worked effectively without injury.
