Yoga classes and training in Delhi
Yoga is about balance and consistency, whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your practice. Here is a look at how we breathe, move, and find our center together in our Delhi studios.
Here I am assisting a student with her form in Natraj Asana, or Lord of the Dance Pose. My focus is always on helping you find the right alignment and balance, ensuring you practice safely while deepening your pose. Personal attention is key in my classes.
A snapshot from a dynamic group class at our Vikaspuri studio. You can see the collective energy as we move together, focusing on strength and balance. Group sessions are a great way to stay motivated and be part of a supportive community.
We often use props like the yoga wheel to enhance our practice. Here, we are using the wheel in Veerabhadrasana, or Warrior Pose, to get a deeper backbend and open up the chest. These tools help make advanced postures more accessible.
Yoga is as much about the mind as it is about the body. I am pictured here in a state of meditation, focusing inward to connect with my breath and quiet the mind. Every class incorporates elements of meditation to help you leave feeling calm and centered.
"Samatvam Yoga Uchyate," meaning equanimity is yoga. This beautiful partner pose demonstrates the balance and trust we cultivate on the mat. Partner yoga is a wonderful way to connect and build strength together.
A demonstration of the 17-step Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation. This Vinyasa flow sequence is a complete workout in itself, synchronizing breath with movement to build heat, flexibility, and focus. We break it down step by step in my classes.
Every class ends with a period of deep relaxation in Savasana, or Corpse Pose. This guided rest allows your body and mind to absorb the benefits of the practice, releasing tension and promoting profound calm. As I guide you, I'll remind you to just focus on your natural breath.
Here, my colleague Sanjeev sir guides students in an advanced posture using yoga straps and blocks. We believe in providing expert guidance to help you safely explore more challenging asanas and improve your flexibility.
About Featured
In my classes, we do not jump into complex poses without preparation. My team and I focus on getting your alignment right before pushing for intensity. You will see us using props like wheels, blocks, and straps to make challenging asanas accessible, whether you are in a group session or focusing on your flexibility.
I have been teaching for over 15 years, and my belief remains the same: karo yog, raho nirog. Whether you are joining me at our Trainer Fitness Studio in Paschim Vihar or at Anytime Fitness in Vikaspuri, the goal is the same. To bring balance back into your life.
My classes cover a wide range of needs. If you are starting out, we focus on Hatha basics, posture alignment, and steady breathing. For those who want more, we move into Power Yoga, Vinyasa flows, and Swiss ball workouts to build stamina. You will find that I use a mix of Hindi and English to explain movements, making sure you understand the anatomy behind the pose.
We take your safety seriously. My team, including Sanjeev sir and Ashish sir, provides manual adjustments to help you avoid injury. Every session includes a phase of Pranayama and ends with Savasana to calm the mind. If you are looking to become an instructor yourself, I also conduct 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training programs. Reach out to discuss which batch fits your schedule.
