Yoga Studio Locations in Delhi

My classes are not just about the physical space, but finding that 'samatvam' (balance) regardless of where you step onto the mat. Currently, I operate out of two primary hubs to make it easier for students across West Delhi to join us.

Trainer Fitness Studio, Paschim Vihar

This is where you will often find me and my team guiding daily sessions. It is a spacious, air-conditioned facility with dedicated zones for our yoga practice. We have all the necessary props here—blocks, straps, and wheels—to help you deepen your asanas. Since it is part of a larger fitness hub, you also get access to clean changing rooms and lockers.

Anytime Fitness, Vikaspuri

For those closer to Vikaspuri, this center offers a similar high-quality environment. The focus here remains on consistency. Whether it is Pranayama, Power Yoga, or the basics of Hatha, the flow remains unchanged because I bring the same methodology to every floor I teach on.

Which one should you choose?

Do not worry too much about the facility. My teaching style—blending Hindi instructions like 'breathe karte raho' with English cues—stays the same in both places. If you are debating between the two, choose the location that makes your daily commute easier. Consistency is the key to yoga, and if the travel is too much, you are less likely to show up.

We offer two main plans: a 3-day-a-week schedule for those building habits, and a 6-day unlimited access pass for the dedicated practitioner. Both locations are open for trial, so feel free to visit either studio to see if our practice aligns with your goals.
