Whether you are working on a gentle stretch or a deeper backbend, we prioritize safety, alignment, and clear communication, ensuring you both feel supported and secure throughout the session.

In our Partner Yoga sessions in Paschim Vihar and Vikaspuri, the goal is to use physical support to deepen your practice while building trust. How We Practice

We focus on synchronized breathing and mutual support. For example, during a partner backbend or stretch, one person provides a stable base, allowing the other to release tension and open up safely. We use props like straps and blocks to assist, ensuring that even if you are at different flexibility levels, you can still practice together comfortably. My team and I provide constant verbal cues and manual adjustments so that no one overstretches or strains.
