Yoga is about community and shared energy. Whether you are a beginner finding your footing or an advanced practitioner, practice with us in Paschim Vihar or Vikaspuri and grow at your own pace.
I am guiding students through a standing twist, reminding them to "breathe karte raho" (keep breathing). My instructions are clear and focused on maintaining balance and proper form throughout the pose.
A look inside a typical yoga class where students of all ages and levels practice together. Here, we are moving from Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) into a forward bend, showing the flow of our sessions.
Our classes are available both online and offline. This clip shows a full class engaged in balancing and stretching poses, highlighting the vibrant atmosphere of our studio sessions.
From active poses like Downward-Facing Dog to complete relaxation in Savasana, a single class takes you through a full journey. This shows the transition from effort to ease that we cultivate.
Students in a morning class practice Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose) and Parvatasana (Mountain Pose). I walk around the class to observe and offer guidance where needed.
An evening class practices Surya Namaskar together. The synchronized movement creates a powerful, meditative flow, accompanied by the traditional sun salutation mantras.
Students hold a strong plank pose during a Power Yoga session at the Anytime Fitness studio in Vikaspuri. These classes are designed to build core strength and endurance.
A balancing and stretching sequence from another one of our classes. Notice how each student works within their own capacity, finding their unique expression of the pose.
We offer classes at various times to fit your schedule, including midday and evening sessions. Here, students are seen practicing seated forward bends and balancing poses.
A calming yoga flow set to spiritual music. We often incorporate music and chanting to enhance the meditative quality of the practice and help you connect more deeply.
About The Group Class Experience
In our group sessions, you aren't just following a video. Whether you're in our Paschim Vihar or Vikaspuri studio, I or my team will actively correct your posture—bata denge kaise karna hai (we will tell you how to do it). You’ll find people of all levels here, so don't worry about being the most flexible person in the room. Just focus on your breath and 'dheere-dheere' (slowly) you will feel the change in your body and mind.
Our group classes are designed to be more than just a workout—it is a community where you learn to balance strength and serenity. We follow a set structure: starting with warm-ups, moving into asana practice to build mobility and core strength, and finally grounding ourselves with pranayama (breathing techniques) and Savasana.
I keep the instructions clear and simple, blending Hindi and English because that is how it feels most natural. When we practice Surya Namaskar or hold planks, I am right there with you to ensure your alignment is safe, helping you avoid injuries while you challenge yourself. We use a variety of props—blocks, straps, and wheels—to help everyone from beginners to advanced students deepen their practice safely.
What to expect in class:
- Personalized Cues: We don’t just demonstrate; we guide. Whether you are struggling with a headstand or just starting with basic forward folds, we offer modifications.
- Flexible Access: We run morning and evening batches, so you can pick what suits your day.
- Inclusive Environment: Everyone, from teenagers to working professionals, finds their rhythm here.
- Beyond Asana: We emphasize the meditative side of yoga. You will leave feeling calm, not just tired.
Whether you join us at the Trainer Fitness Studio in Paschim Vihar or the Anytime Fitness in Vikaspuri, the goal remains the same: Karo yog, raho nirog (Do yoga, stay healthy).
