Curriculum & Certification
- Core Syllabus: Training in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, Anatomy, Philosophy, and Teaching Methodology.
- Accreditation: Yoga Alliance Certified course eligible for RYT-200 registration.
- Practical Skills: Focus on alignment, adjustment, Pranayama, and Shatkarma.
Materials & Extras
- Study Aids: Printed spiral-bound training manual and syllabus provided.
- Equipment: Use of studio yoga blocks, straps, and mats during sessions.
- Completion: Closing ceremony with certificate distribution and photo session.
- Exclusions: Accommodation and meals are not provided.

About 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga for me is not a show-off thing - it's life itself. Karo yog, raho nirog (Do yoga, stay healthy) is what I truly believe. This training isn't just about getting a certificate or learning a bunch of poses. It's about going deep, actually understanding what yoga means, and finding your own way as a teacher.
What to Expect
- We start with basics but go way beyond - think asana alignment, body anatomy, and those old-school yoga philosophies that actually make sense in daily life.
- Teaching skills matter. I’ll help you learn how to run a class, give clear instructions, and keep everyone safe.
- My way? Breathe karte raho (keep breathing), and take things dheere-dheere (slowly, slowly). No rush, no pressure.
How We Train
- 200 hours, usually over two months, with daily sessions so you really get it.
- Choose to join me in Paschim Vihar, Delhi or online from home. Both work - same depth, same energy.
- I keep things practical, real, and honest. Some days are tough, but you always walk out feeling lighter.
Certification & Beyond
- This is a Yoga Alliance certified training, so you can teach globally anywhere after.
