Advanced Practice & Power Yoga
For those looking to deepen their practice and build serious strength, our advanced and Power Yoga classes offer a challenge. Led by myself or Sanjeev sir, these sessions focus on complex asanas, arm balances, and dynamic flows.
Yoga with Props: Go Deeper
We use a variety of props including yoga wheels, stability balls, blocks, and straps to help you access poses more deeply and safely. These tools are perfect for improving flexibility, building strength, and adding variety to your practice.
Partner Yoga: Sync & Support
Discover a new way to connect through our partner yoga sessions. These classes are fun, interactive, and build trust and communication as you work together to create shapes and find balance.
Meditation & Savasana: Calm Your Mind
Every class includes time for pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to relieve stress and quiet the mind. We always conclude with Savasana or chanting, ensuring you leave feeling lighter and more peaceful.

Our Studio Locations
We hold classes at modern and well-equipped fitness centers in Delhi. Find us at Trainer Fitness Studio (TFS GYM) in Paschim Vihar and Anytime Fitness in Vikaspuri.
