Real Yoga Progress and Transformations

Yoga is a practice, not a performance. See how my students in Paschim Vihar and Vikaspuri build strength, balance, and confidence on their mats, one step at a time.

A student's successful attempt at an arm balance after consistent practice. Her caption says it all: "Strong is the new definition of beautiful." It's inspiring to see her build strength.

A student working on her Bakhasana (Crow Pose) practice. Her message is powerful: "You're not here to be perfect; you're here to be real, raw, and fearless." This is the true spirit of yoga.

A student practices Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) on her own, applying the techniques learned in my class. It's wonderful to see students take their practice off the mat and make it their own.

About Student Progress

Achieving advanced poses like Bakhasana or Chakrasana doesn't happen overnight. It starts with small, consistent changes—aligning your core, trusting your breath, and listening to your body's limits. In our classes, we don't rush these milestones. Whether you are holding a pose for the first time or finally getting that balance right, we focus on the technique so you can build strength safely, without injury.

Yoga is not about the final shape of a pose; it is about the journey your body takes to get there. I often tell my students that 'dheere-dheere' (slowly) is the only way to build real strength.

Building Strength with Consistency You will see my students in these photos attempting poses like Bakhasana (Crow Pose) or Chakrasana (Wheel Pose). These aren't just display poses; they are milestones. To reach these, we break down movements into manageable parts. We use props like yoga wheels and stability blocks to support your spine and wrists, ensuring you stay safe while you challenge your limits.

Guidance That Matters Whether it is me, Sanjeev sir, or Ashish sir leading the session, our focus remains on correct alignment. If you are a beginner, we start with Hatha basics and Surya Namaskar flows to prepare your muscles. For those ready for more, our Power Yoga and Vinyasa sessions target stamina and stability.

How to Start Your Journey You do not need to be flexible to start. You just need to show up. We offer 3-day alternate access for those starting out, and 6-day unlimited access for those ready to dive deep into advanced flows and prop-based training. Everything is explained in a mix of Hindi and English—'breathe karte raho'—so you always understand what your body is doing. Let’s get you on the mat and moving toward your goals.

I am Suraj, and for me, yoga is a lifelong practice of finding balance. My studio is less of a gym and more of a family, where we laugh, help each other with inversions, and grow stronger together, one breath at a time.
