4-Day Residential Retreat

I don’t think anyone comes to meditation because life’s already perfect. It’s more like, dimaag mein bahut gandh hai (mind feels messy), and you just want a little shanti (peace). That’s what we’re about - showing up for yourself, even on the days your mind is racing.
How We Mix Old & New
We use ancient practices like Pranayama breathing techniques and Mudras, but I keep it practical. Life today is fast, so I’m not going to ask you to sit for hours cross-legged unless you want to. It’s about finding a reset button, whether that’s through Chakra balancing meditation or just five minutes of quiet.
