Every Sunday morning, we open our doors for these 60-minute community sessions. It is a drop-in format designed for accessibility, asking for a nominal donation of ₹108. You don’t need to sign up for a long-term commitment; just bring your own towel, wear something comfortable, and join us to experience the discipline of the Sivananda sequence in a shared space.
