Our Sangha: Yoga Community and Rituals
Yoga is more than individual practice—it is the company we keep. Join our community for shared rituals, retreats, and deep conversations that support your growth.
The importance of 'Sangha' in 'Sadhana'. A spiritual practice can feel isolating, so having a community to share the journey with is healing. This clip brings back beautiful memories of practicing alongside these inspiring women.
A student progress update. I am so proud of Prachi's journey and dedication over three months of practice together. Her growth is a testament to her own effort, and it inspires me as a teacher.
Sharing laughter and conversation by the Ganga. The connections we make during retreats are just as important as the practice itself. These are the moments that build our beautiful sangha.
Precious moments of community and connection at our Rishikesh retreat. It was my first retreat to host, and it was magical how everything, and everyone, fell into place.
The joy of shared experience. The smiles and laughter in our community circles are a reflection of the safe and supportive space we create together.
Deep conversations and warm connections during a cacao ceremony. These rituals help us open our hearts and share from a place of authenticity and vulnerability.
A warm hug between friends at our 'Realign' retreat. These small moments of connection and support are the glimmers that spark joy and a sense of safety within our community.
About this collection
When you join our community, you are not just signing up for a class. You are entering a space where we value shared experience as much as the practice itself. Whether we are hosting a full moon kirtan in Gurgaon or gathering for a retreat in Rishikesh, the focus remains on building authentic connections that sustain your personal sadhana outside the studio walls.
Why Community Matters in Your Sadhana
A spiritual journey can often feel isolating. When you turn inward, the world outside can sometimes feel disconnected. That is where a sangha—a community of seekers—becomes vital. It is the space where you find companionship with people walking a similar path, sharing the same doubts, breakthroughs, and moments of stillness.
What We Do Together
Our community events are designed to move beyond the physical posture. We meet to explore:
- Rituals and Kirtan: We gather for full moon rituals and chanting sessions, creating a collective energy that is difficult to find in solo practice.
- Retreats: From our immersive retreats in Rishikesh to local weekend gatherings, these experiences are designed for you to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself.
- Conversations: Whether it is post-practice tea or a dedicated circle, we make time to talk about the philosophy behind the movement.
The Experience
I always tell my students: you do not need to be perfect to join. You just need to show up. Our circle includes everyone, from those taking their first step on the mat to experienced teachers looking for a grounded space to share. We are creating a container where you can be yourself, without pretense, and find support in the shared grace of the group.
Aishwarya Sahu
I am Aishwarya. I started this community because my own journey felt hollow until I found the right people to walk it with. My goal is to hold a safe space where we can be honest, vulnerable, and support each other's practice.
