Yoga is for every age and every body. It brings me great joy to see students find their inner peace and focus through meditation, creating a space for stress relief and mental clarity.
I teach traditional Hatha yoga purification techniques like Dugdha Neti. This advanced kriya involves cleansing the nasal passages with milk to improve respiratory health and bring mental clarity.
Finding moments of stillness is the core of yoga. Here I am meditating by the serene Pangong Lake in Leh, a practice I bring into every class to help you connect with your inner self.

What really changes your practice is the hands-on support. In my sessions, I do not just demonstrate poses from a distance. I physically guide your alignment, ensuring you are safe and helping you go deeper into stretches than you could achieve alone. Whether we are working on basic asanas or complex inversions, I am there to adjust your posture and help you get the most out of every minute.
My Approach to Yoga
I believe in the principle of 'Sthirasukham asanam'—the posture should be steady and comfortable. My practice is not about forcing your body into shapes but about finding ease and strength simultaneously. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to master advanced inversions like headstands, my goal is to guide you.
How We Work Together
- Personal Training: I travel to homes across West and South West Delhi. These sessions are highly tailored, focusing on specific health goals like weight management, PCOD, or injury recovery. We combine asanas with basic Ayurvedic dietary advice.
- Group Classes: We train at my studio in Sagar Pur. These are high-energy sessions where students of all levels practice together. It is about building a community of people who motivate each other.
- Digital Practice: If you cannot make it in person, I offer live virtual sessions. We use two-way video to ensure I can still correct your alignment in real-time.
Beyond the Mat
Yoga is more than just a workout for me. It is a way to find equanimity, or 'Samata'. We focus on Pranayama for breath control, and I often teach traditional Kriyas like Dugdha Neti for respiratory health. My sessions are designed to leave you feeling physically strong, mentally clear, and spiritually grounded.
