Yoga is about finding balance in the body and mind. Here is a look at my approach to practice, combining traditional Hatha techniques with hands-on guidance to help you find your flow.

This is what it feels like to find steadiness and comfort in a challenging pose. I guide my students to build the strength and flexibility for advanced asanas like Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, connecting with nature and their own inner power.

I believe in being a guide for your journey. Here, I am providing hands-on support to help a student with her alignment and posture, ensuring she feels safe and confident as she learns.

The energy in our group classes is incredible. Here you can see students of different levels moving together in Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), building back strength and opening their hearts in our Sagar Pur studio.

Acro yoga is about trust, communication, and strength. In this beautiful outdoor setting, we explore partner poses like this variation of Natarajasana, creating shapes that are both challenging and beautiful.

Yoga is for every age and every body. It brings me great joy to see students find their inner peace and focus through meditation, creating a space for stress relief and mental clarity.

I teach traditional Hatha yoga purification techniques like Dugdha Neti. This advanced kriya involves cleansing the nasal passages with milk to improve respiratory health and bring mental clarity.

Finding moments of stillness is the core of yoga. Here I am meditating by the serene Pangong Lake in Leh, a practice I bring into every class to help you connect with your inner self.
